Victor University® Platform will Improve Customer Service, Education

The Victor Company has launched Victor University® as a means of fully digitizing its customer service experience. Victor’s personal customer service touch via phone or electronic messaging has thus far allowed the firm to keep a firm grasp on its understanding of the consumer and their needs in regards to Victor’s Home Audio Instrument lines. Victor will add HMV® brand electronics to this lineup; fully digitizing the service manuals that come with these products by 2022 as part of Victor’s GREEN initiative. The platform will be accessible to only Victor product purchasers and will feature a special chat and messaging platform for direct customer service requests and inquiries. Victor University® will also feature exclusive maintenance, set up, and operation tips and video content to elongate the life and optimize the operation of Victor products in an easy to access platform that welcomes customers to The Victor Family in style.

The Victor University Platform launches in the FALL of 2021 at Victor’s corporate website.
